Hosting and access data

This website is hosted with IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Loading pages involves processing browser and operating-system details, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, transfer amounts and IP addresses. These data enable delivery, stability and investigation of misuse under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website. HTTPS protects transport. Retention follows the purposes, applicable legal obligations and the provider’s relevant service arrangements; this notice does not assume a universal fixed retention period.

IONOS WebAnalytics

MyWebsite Now includes IONOS WebAnalytics. Its statistics may concern page requests, referrers, browser, operating system, device type, access times and IP-derived approximate locations. Analytics that accesses device information is processed only with your prior consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw that consent through the website’s consent controls. This permission is separate from technically necessary page delivery. No advertising pixel, newsletter, social-media embed or embedded video is included in our website content.

Contact and email provider

For enquiries we process the contact information, message and relevant technical details you provide. Contract-related processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries on Article 6(1)(f), in our interest in responding and resolving issues. We use iCloud Mail. For EEA users, the relevant Apple entity is generally Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Apple’s worldwide service provision may involve processing outside the EEA; its privacy policy explains recipients and transfer mechanisms. Messages are deleted once the matter is resolved and retention is no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations and justified legal claims.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without contacting us and are not required to provide your real name. Contact enquiries need a way for us to reply. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it prospectively. Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, subject to applicable conditions.
